Deal Desk Manager
We are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to join our Deal Desk team. As a Deal Desk Specialist at Similarweb, you will support the go-to-market organization throughout their deal cycle by facilitating contract reviews and managing quote-to-cash processes. Reporting to the Head of Deal Desk, you will partner with Similarwebs global GTM organization, Finance, Legal and Operations teams on policies and processes to accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue. You possess a team player attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as GTMs trusted advisor as well as the centralized and primary source for all their quote-to-cash requests
Act as GTMs main POC, liaison and advocate, managing all internal disputes, and coordinating all cross-functional collaboration throughout the deal cycle with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders involved in the deal-closing process
Compliance: trained and fluent in all the companys commercial policies, ensure all deals comply and otherwise escalate to respective stakeholders accordingly
Doc review & data alignment: make certain that data is consistent across signed contracts, Salesforce, and subscription management/billing system when processing deals, so all opportunities are processed efficiently and accurately
Assist legal in reviewing and approving [solely] commercial and/or administrative redlines and work with the Legal-DD playbook to customize non-standard contracts with template language
Maintain ongoing training and refresher sessions with the GTM teams to emphasize best practices and how-tos
Constantly work to identify process gaps and bottlenecks and provide solutions for improvements to optimize current processes and workflows

2+ years of Deal Desk experience
Fluent in English
Salesforce experience
Strong understanding of the sales deal cycle and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of various licensing models including but not limited to term and subscription-based pricing
Ability to thrive within a fast-moving environment with organizational changes
Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work well under pressure and under critical timelines
Ability to work extended hours at end of month and end of quarter
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Relevant SaaS experience
