As a new team responsible for the entry route programmes into OPSS we are looking for someone to join us to implement the delivery of our Regulatory Leaders Graduate Scheme (RLGS), Student Placement programme and Regulatory Compliance Officer apprenticeship programme. Reporting to the Delivery lead for Entry Programmes the role will involve the organisation, planning and delivery of our entry programmes including leading on delivery of careers fairs and learning and development. You will lead on the design and implementation of the induction programme and the format for ongoing contact with the Graduate Hub for all entry programmes., Induction experience: Planning, organisation, delivery and evaluation of the induction experience for all entry programmes
Graduate Hub programme: Planning and organisation of all Graduate Hub planned interactions with cohorts, rotation managers and pastoral managers
Careers Fairs: Organisation, planning and delivery of attendance at careers fairs and subsequent follow up and evaluation
Learning & Development: Organisation of all Graduate Hub led learning and development working closely with the wider L&D team within OPSS
Recruitment & assessment centres: assist with the planning of recruitment and assessment centres and lead on the organisation and delivery.
Operational support: Provide administrative support to the Regulatory capability team to ensure the smooth operation of the entry programmes strand of work
