Full Job Description

We are looking for a Design and Technical Surveyor to join our growing Asset Strategy and Delivery team. You work closely with the Design Manager providing specialist professional advice for the strategic management of PCH built assets.

Has experience of working in, or considering a move into, a Pre-Construction role
Has experience working in construction, property or consultancy with demonstrable experience in construction/building site management.
Has experience preparing detailed/initial building survey reports, including recommendations and producing an outline scope of works for refurbishment/improvement projects.
Has experience of evaluating technical delivery reports/documentation.
