Full Job Description

Reporting to the Desktop Support Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective support of IT systems and services throughout the Trust, to support first class patient care.
As part of the Desktop team you will be supplying 2^nd line Desktop support to our users. You will be an escalation point for 1st line Service Desk and work with technical specialists at 3rd line, projects and within our Supplier base. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient support of IT systems within the Trust to support first class patient care., For further details and for the main duties of this role, please see the attached job description where this is outlined.
