Developers and ProPlatform / Metaverse Creative: Product Design Manager

We are the Developers and Pro Platform team, part of Horizon OS and we're responsible for the ecosystem that enables the Metaverse for organizations, schools, and developers. Horizon OS Vision is to create a general-purpose spatial computing platform that powers embodied human connections. In your role, your team in London will be responsible for managed admin experiences, identity management, trust and commercial capabilities, so our devices and experiences can be adopted and deployed at scale. Developers and ProPlatform / Metaverse Creative: Product Design Manager Responsibilities

• Build and manage an inclusive team of diverse and talented product designers and leaders across the organization that consistently deliver on strategic projects and is well-balanced across a range of design skill sets
• Responsible for overall team culture and health of the team within Creative, building a collaborative culture where Creatives can do the best work of their career
• Responsible for performance management, resource allocation and project prioritization
• Lead and oversee the user experience of our products in partnership with your team, product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content designers
• Be a key contributor to the strategic direction of your product spaces
• Drive strategic Creative initiatives to lead product quality and organizational efficiency
  
  Experience building and shipping enterprise applications or software across a variety of platforms
• Experience leading product execution, direction and strategic thinking with the experience developing product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the company
• 5+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on large scale, complex, ambiguous projects across multiple teams
• Experience designing B2B/SaaS Software
• Experience with delivering 0-1 products from concept stages to launch
• Experience supporting managers
