Full Job Description

To support planning and coordination of digital production across DDI/Parks platforms, via positive relationships with local/global teams and providing support to Digital Product Owner when briefing local DDI digital team and shaping requirements within Agile methodology. Input into digital and technology roadmaps and ensure all partners are aligned to their vision contributing to digital strategy, and partner with local & global teams to maintain high standards for on-platform content and functionality. This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week, in our Hammersmith Grove office. What You Will Do

  • Work with Local and Global teams to help lead on-platform digital production
  • Gather partner requirements, develop solutions within technical limitations, translate input documents into briefs and create associated JIRAs in the product backlog. Highlight errors, omissions or inaccuracies to the customer, so that tickets are complete when brought to shaping
  • Communicate briefings for future releases based on sprint cadence to allow for planning by partners
  • Based on agreed roadmap, support around prioritising items in the product backlog and run sprint planning/releases, including dependencies
  • Attend the shaping meeting with development team to help estimate (e.g. story point) features, and lead the Icebox when info/assets are missing
  • Attend Agile ceremonies (Retro, Show & Tell, stand-ups, etc.)
  • Showcase completed work and communicate to relevant collaborators

    Proven digital experience, essential, within travel industry, beneficial
  • Experience with tailored ecommerce web applications, highly desirable
  • Experience coordinating teams, either client or agency-side
  • Demonstrable experience of establishing effective relationships with both internal and external partners, both domestically and internationally
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology and SCRUM processes
  • Experience with issue tracking software (e.g. JIRA)
  • Awareness of road-mapping tools beneficial (e.g. Roadmunk)
  • Demonstrable experience in working to and achieving project landmarks
  • Solution driven approach to problem solving with the ability to use initiative
  • Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of an effective team
  • Methodical approach with the ability to deliver to short deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement and help implement
  • Strong written and spoken English for business use, essential
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); adept in use of video conferencing tools such as Zoom, essential
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Analytical
  • Knowledge of the Disney brand and products and services the Company offers, with the ability to work within brand guidelines
