Full Job Description

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Digital team in a brand new role. You'll be the Product Owner for Cities, leading a new development team within our digital factory and working closely with both easyJet holidays and easyJet to create a market leading solution that boosts city break sales.

You'll take ownership of the cities roadmap, delivering improvements to both airline and holiday experiences that are secure, on-brand, and effortless for customers. You'll work with various teams, such as commercial and tech, to ensure a seamless user experience, while leading development and supporting the business through any changes. As you'll be delivering in iterations and adapting quickly, agile working, experimentation, and data-driven decisions are a key part of the role.

As the main link between business and tech, you'll transform customer insight and analytics into exciting online experiences. You'll manage everything from prioritising enhancements, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement to optimise the customer journey, as well as reporting on progress, securing buy-in for new ideas, and showing real ROI.

We're looking for somebody with extensive experience as a Product Owner in an ecommerce setting who is comfortable with experimentation, CRO and A/B testing. You'll be familiar working in an agile environment and have a track record of leading and motivating development teams.

As you'll be reporting on the success of your work, being highly numerate and commercially aware is essential, and you should also have a strong understanding of analytics and tracking tools, and excellent project management skills.

You'll be working with various teams and business areas so you'll be somebody who is able to build great relationships to manage a range of stakeholders.
