Full Job Description

The Digital Project Delivery Officer will provide essential administrative support to Digital project and programme managers, ensuring the smooth operation and successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Monday.com (or similar workflow management software) to track project and programme progress and possess excellent communication and organizational skills., Coordinate project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant materials.
- Use Monday.com to track project and programme progress, update status reports, and generate insights for the management team.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Assist Digital project and programme managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the allocation and monitoring of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
- Identify potential issues and risks, escalating them to project and programme managers as necessary.
- Ensure all projects adhere to internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
