Our Sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. The EMEIA Digital team develops programs and strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. To realise this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs-at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem. As the EMEIA Digital Data & Product Specialist, you will develop and implement digital data strategies, processes and infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow, accessibility and usability for digital initiatives, The successful candidate in this role will: Collaborate and consult with Digital Channel partners on the deployment of web analytics requirements, including data transfer Ensure the EMEIA APP partner Adobe Analytics implementation roadmap is kept up to date and projects are delivered on time Identifies web analytics custom tagging requirements from APP partners, ensures delivery agencies are briefed and deliver according to plan Ensure ongoing data compliance and integrity, championing operational best practices with our Channel partners and internal stakeholders Manage and optimise digital platforms, tools and technologies, championing data security/privacy, UX/UI experience, seamless data flow and interoperability Identify data sources, collection methods, and integration requirements (partner or 3P data) to ensure the availability of accurate & relevant digital data Establish & maintain data governance processes & frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity & compliance with regulations & standards (eg. data privacy) Collaborate with WW teams to implement data management tools and technologies to enable efficient data capture, storage, retrieval and analysis Champion implementation of scalable data integration solutions, working closely with technical and WW teams to support data infrastructure optimisation efforts (data warehouses, data lakes, pipelines etc) Serve as a SME and trusted advisor on digital data and technology related matters providing guidance to support stakeholders & staying up to date on digital trends Provide training & support to business users on data, tools and technologies to foster digital data literacy and technology adoption within the organisation
- Proven experience in digital data and technology management, governance or a similar role, preferably in an eCommerce or technology-focused environment
- Expert experience with web analytics/UX technologies and languages (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Hotter, HML, CSS and JavaScript etc.)
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital technology trends, platforms and solutions and expertise with digital tools & systems (CMS, CRM, analytics, MarTech etc.)
- Proven expertise in visualisation and data story telling (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Domo)
- Proficiency in data management technologies such as data warehouses, ETL/ELT, SQL & data integration platforms (e.g. Big Query, Snowflake, Azure or AMS)
- Proven experience with implementation of App Analytics through the deployment of SDKs (Firebase, Adobe App Analytics)
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and respect for data ethics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & stakeholders at all levels
- Possess excellent project and/or program management skills with proven ability to drive initiatives from planning to execution
- Be a deft communicator and collaborator, able to align a complex matrix of teams and functions, build strong and successful sponsorship of initiatives with EMEIA and WW leadership, You know yourself-you have strengths, weaknesses and opportunities-but you also know the people around you and are open to their feedback.
