Enterprise Solutions EDM & thinkFolio Client Engagement

Grade Level (for internal use), S&P is looking for a client orientated individual to join the Client Engagement team covering the EDM and thinkFolio product offerings. Client Engagement Managers are critical to representing the customer voice within S&P and representing S&P to the customer - it is a trusted and crucial function within the Business. What's in it for you: The Client Engagement Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the company's products, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for non-commercial relationship management with clients.,

• Partnering with clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Scheduling regular meetings monthly or quarterly as appropriate with a clear agenda including roadmap / upgrades / new functionality that is relevant
• Providing transparency to internal stakeholders in Sales, Product, Commercial regarding client feedback, issues, renewal risks and opportunities
• Following up on actions from client engagement meetings and closing the feedback loop
• Understanding client workflows and product usage
• Increasing product adoption and usage among clients
• Collaborating with sales to schedule client meetings and demos
• Acting as a point of escalation for Support, Product or Project workstreams
• Maintaining knowledge of contract details, pricing, and terms
  
  Candidate to be degree educated
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills with acute attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting business analysis and working with clients to understand their requirements
• Prepare presentations and present to clients and internal audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to easily adapt communication style in different situations
• Ability to speak another language (preferred) but not essential
