Equity Research MBA Analyst Summer Internship Programme 2025

The equity research department - 125 global equity analysts and an additional 90 Research Specialists based across India and China, provide analysis on companies, stocks and sectors, working closely with fund managers to select stocks for their portfolios.

What you'll be doing
On our 12-week programme, our interns will mirror the experience of a full-time Equity Analyst, conducting fundamental research to make buy and sell recommendations on stocks. You'll be assigned a discrete industry sector and group of stocks (approximately 3-8) to analyse. You'll have access to resources available to all our analysts and will be assigned to a Portfolio Manager mentor. The Summer Interns will also have regular communication with a Director in Equities. You'll present the findings and provide investment recommendations to our Portfolio Managers and Analysts. A graduate offer will be extended if you complete the internship successfully and you can start the full-time job upon graduation.
