Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Facilities Officer to come and work with us as part of the
Facilities Team. The role will be responsible for supporting all facets of the organisation with regards to planned maintenance,
repairs, procurement, waste management and health & safety compliance, with main focus on retail support. You will support the
Head of Business Development in managing projects such as new store acquisition and openings, refurbishments and operational
improvements and you will manage relationships with external suppliers.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated with exemplary communication, organisational and project management skills. You
will have experience in facilities or property management with proven ability to support complex projects. You will also have a
qualification and membership of a relevant professional body to maintain current knowledge of health and safety, legal and
regulatory requirements.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.

Salary: £31,131.78 per annum.
