Full Job Description

The Finance Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the finance systems within PLRe. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring that financial data is accurate and accessible. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes and systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,

  • Provide first-line support for finance systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance and configuration of finance systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve system functionality.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for finance systems, including user guides and training materials.
  • Assist in the implementation of new finance systems and upgrades.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on finance systems and processes.
  • Liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports for management.

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a finance systems support role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with any of the following systems: SAP-Concur, Oracle-PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud Solutions, SAP-BW
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements would be beneficial as would project management skills and experience.
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is a plus.

    Hybrid role with 50% remote working flexibility.
  • May require occasional travel to other company locations for training purposes.
