Full Job Description

This agile role has two main responsibilities. First, it focuses on making sure everything runs smoothly for Retailer and Out of Home brands by handling new product development, setting standards, managing audits and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Second, it supports the production of plant-based products by improving processes, addressing complaints, and working with teams to understand customer feedback and trends., Support technically the New Product Development process from Benchmarking through to Post launch, attend the benchmarking meetings with customers for product upgrades and new lines

  • Maintain and populate customer product specs, ensuring 100% accuracy at all times
  • Maintain RB / OOH mandatory certifications (SEDEX ect) in collaboration with other teams
  • KPI and performance / improvement in the scope
  • Ensure KPIs reporting and regular performance meetings with key customers,
  • Analyse retailer customer complaint trends for retail branded and Out of Home customers, Alpro plant-based products and guarantee action plans / improvements are delivered
  • Define the surveillance plan for plant retail brand and Out of Home products, and report results / take actions if needed
  • Audit and visits
  • Act as site host 2nd party audits from retail brand and out of home customers and support for 3rd party audits from accreditation bodies - e.g. Be accountable for completion of post audit actions.
  • The crisis correspondents for retail brand / out of home brands
  • Maintain contact list, ensure the crisis processes of customers are integrated in Danone crisis management system, support in case of incident / crisis
  • Support the execution of the plant-based portfolio in close relationship with factories
  • Complaint trend analysis, improvement projects, and guarantee a accurate answer in a timely manner to plant-based consumers
