Our General Managers are our chief memory-makers and the teams they build make sure our Proper Burgers, Sides & Shakes are served with love - time and time again to our hungry fanbase.

As such, our General Managers are resilient, agile and accountable leaders who look to influence, inspire and manage their teams with emotional maturity and commercial awareness.

We are not looking for a Profit & Loss analyst it's important to us that you're commercial and can deliver a profitable restaurant (we'll give you all the tools you'll need), but it's just as important that you're doing it the right way;

through building and nurturing your team to deliver the best results they can whilst kicking out amazing food to happy guests.

You'll never be just a number to us.
