This position is a highly visible and integral role within the Global Revenue Management (GRM) team, reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer. This role is responsible for providing analytical, strategic deal, and optimisation support to our Global Business Partnerships team (GBP) aiming to drive revenue initiates and grow key partnerships. Our team works very closely with stakeholders across the commercial, product and finance organization with regular exposure to senior leadership. We are looking for a self-starter with outstanding analytic skills, strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and demonstrated thought leadership to join the GRM Team (Air & Ground vertical). What you'll be doing:
- Own strategic direction of GRM Air & Ground team (excluding North America) through performance analytics, deal modelling and forecasting
- Partnering with GBP team who own the relationship with the Airline and Ground Providers to drive performance and revenue optimization
- Provide leadership and detailed commercial insights to support complex performance improvement initiatives
- Review performance of partnerships; develop and communicate insights into performance drivers, identify key risks and develop mitigation plans
- Participate in supplier meetings where possible (and appropriate)

- 5-7+ years work experience
- Demonstrated experience of working in an analytical role coupled with relationship management to drive results in support of the preferred supplier partnership.
