As Head of Enterprise Reporting (m / f / d) you and your team are a vital part within Getinge Group IT, focusing on transactional reporting to empower insight driven behaviors in the functionalities of Sales, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other areas. Utilizing Getinge's Data Platforms, the enterprise reporting team designs and implements data ingestion pipelines, data cleansing procedures, analytics notebooks, and storage structures. Among others, you collaborate closely with the Digital Analytics team, as well as analysts from the functional and business areas. Through your joint projects, you ensure optimal availability of high-quality transactional enterprise reporting to Getinge's users worldwide. Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise data solutions to meet business reporting needs.
  • Design a plan to migrate and transform the existing setup on SAP Hana Datawarehouse to Azure regarding resources and timeline.
  • Manage shaping data governance protocols, data quality assurance processes, performance and cost optimization, disaster recovery plans, as well as development operations processes.
  • Manage the internal enterprise reporting team and coordinate external consultancy resources.
  • Engage closely with global data process owners in the business areas and functions while always striving for a solution that fits the overall global design.
  • Consider and be aware of Azure best practices in arriving at good and future proof solutions for Getinge.
  • Be responsible for operational uptime of your solutions and services as well as performance & cost metrics for the enterprise reporting vertical.

    Bachelor's degree in a technology related field, business informatics or comparable education.
  • Significant practical experience in data engineering, pipelining, workflow building, backend functions, SQL, PowerBI report building.
  • Strong solutioning experience in Azure with respective certifications in Azure data engineering, Synapse, Pbi and architecture.
  • Managerial / mentoring experience.
  • Experience in overseeing data ingestion and storage systems implementation.
  • You are passionate and enthusiastic about cloud-based transformations and ideally have already gained some experience there.
  • You are familiar with data governance protocols, data quality assurance processes.
  • You have solid experience in performance optimization for data-related operations.
  • You are a team-player with enthusiastic can-do attitude with proven ability to handle multiple priorities with discipline and flexibility.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
