Full Job Description

We are looking for a Head of IT and Systems based in London but with a global responsibility, you will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT and communications systems, ensuring data security to support business objectives.,

  • Provide IT support and training across the company to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Engage with operations to review IT service levels and improve services.
  • Manage help desk and supplier support services, ensuring timely technical assistance.
  • Develop and implement company-wide systems and data flows, ensuring accurate management information.
  • Oversee data protection and ensure compliance with GDPR and cyber security standards.
  • Implement cyber security measures, including regular training, phishing campaigns, and system decommissioning.
  • Contribute to strategic business plans and develop IT budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with external suppliers for services and monitor performance.
