About the Role: As the Head of Strategic Product Development for HelloFresh and GreenChef UK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our value-added product portfolio. You will lead a team of talented individuals to drive innovation, optimize customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Innovation: Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation roadmap for HelloFresh and GreenChef UK, ensuring that our product offerings remain competitive and meet evolving customer needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction by optimizing our value-added product portfolio, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Revenue and Profitability: Maximize revenue and profitability from our value-added product portfolio through strategic pricing, product bundling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of product managers and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure that the innovation roadmap is delivered effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to ensure that the innovation plan is executed efficiently and that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Team Structure: Continuously evaluate the team structure to ensure that it is aligned with the company's goals and that we have the most optimal talent in place. Who you are:
- Proven track record in product management and innovation (or an adjacent business function), with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading transformational projects would be a bonus.
