HR Advisor

A great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, with an emphasis on Employee Relations.

This is a temporary assignment on a fixed term contract for 6 months, 4 days a week, 32 hours with a March 2025 start.

As the HR Advisor of Prometheus you report to the Head of HR to support and work collaboratively, building effective working relationships with the wider Prometheus team.

The role has a strong focus on employee relations, but also provides the opportunity to be actively involved in Organisational change and resource management., Be the first point of contact for ER queries, take the lead to support Managers with Employee Relation cases, while assessing any mitigating potential risk

Develop effective on-going relationships at all levels, responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach

Ensure the accurate monitoring and recording of the case management system.

Provide Guidance and support on family Friendly Matters, including maternity, flexible working, Paternity and adoption.

Produce required monthly and weekly reports.

Support the HR team in the administration of the employee cycle processes ensuring that legal compliance is met.

Contribute to the continuous enchancment of processes, policies and documentation to align with best practice and Legal standards.

Support the Head of HR in key people strategy projects such a staff surveys and external compliance audits.
