Full Job Description

The Royal College of Art (RCA), the world's leading university of art and design, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Integration Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and enhance the digital systems that support our prestigious institution.
Purpose of the Role:
As the Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and developing system integrations across the College. You'll take ownership of the integration roadmap, support business system enhancements, and provide expert first and second-line support for a variety of integration-related issues. You will contribute to key digital projects and help drive the RCA's strategic digital transformation., + Integration Development & Support: Lead the support and enhancement of integrations, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshooting issues as the go-to expert.
+ Operational Reporting: Collaborate with business teams to design and deploy operational reports and data analysis tools, aiding decision-making and performance improvements.
+ Functional & User Testing: Support integration changes by managing functional testing and ensuring seamless handover to business teams for user acceptance testing.
+ Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases, delivering training and support to ensure efficient integration use across the College.
+ Project Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of key digital projects aligned with the College's strategy, contributing your expertise to integration improvements., At the RCA, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and creative environment, contributing to the seamless integration of digital systems that support the next generation of artists and designers. + Experience in managing integrations and supporting business systems in a fast-paced environment.
+ Expertise in providing first and second-line support for integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
+ Strong understanding of business intelligence systems and experience in operational reporting.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with technology teams, stakeholders, and business users to drive system enhancements.
+ Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
