Job Coach- Change Project

To deliver the enable and succeed aspect of the GLA UKSPF funded The Change Project across the West London Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow London.

+ L4 in Guidance or Advice and Guidance or L4 Employability qualification
+ Experience of developing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders including young people, employers, and members of the Spark Change team
+ Experience, understanding and empathy with the lives of young people
