Full Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Demand Planner - a detail-oriented and proactive human to join our UK & Ireland Supply Chain team. You will be part of the UK & Ireland markets team, creating and managing the long and short-term demand plan. Here you'll work closely with the sales, supply chain, portfolio & finance teams to ensure an accurate demand plan and discover the opportunity for new and existing markets to convert to a plant-based diet. The role is based in London and the focus will be on the UK customers mostly. Here's what the day to day looks like...

  • Analysis of customer sales, trends & promotions to develop sensible ongoing demand plan for the short/mid-term horizon (1-12 months).
  • Be a key player in our supply chain team, proactively sharing relevant performance updates, knowledge & insights.
  • Work closely with our UK Demand Planner and our Commercial team to review sales performance, propose forecast changes & quantify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage forecast input into demand planning tool for production planning & mid-term capacity planning.
  • Maintain and develop trackers and tools to create visibility of performance in the UK business.
  • Provide visibility of forecast changes to support the production planning and protect service levels & wastage.
  • Work with Demand Planning community across head office in Sweden and globally, to support cross-functional collaboration, develop system capabilities and share knowledge & best-practice.

    You have an interest in supply chain and demand planning.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are interested to learn new systems and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint/Outlook/Word) and advanced in Excel.
  • Preferably you've already got knowledge of the FMCG industry.
  • You're a self-starter and motivator, able to ask for help to get you moving forward. You're comfortable with ambiguity and are energised by the process of building something lasting from the ground up.
  • You have the personality to succeed in this role - collaborative, energetic, flexible, humble, dedicated, analytical, reliable, positive and trustworthy.
