Romer labs are a global leader in innovative diagnostic solutions for food and feed safety. We are searching for a Laboratory technician to work alongside the current lab technicians performing routine analysis. The role will be part of a small team within a fast paced, dynamic laboratory performing ELISA and PCR analysis on food and food ingredients. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys performing routine lab testing in an accredited environment. At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.   • Tasks according to SOP's and Process Instructions
  • Perform routine analysis by ELISA and PCR
  • Comply with customer timelines
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email and phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Internal calibration of lab equipment as required
  • Use of a LIMS system for the sample management

    Education (preferably bachelor's degree) in a scientific field
  • Good Team player
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Word and Excel
