Full Job Description

+ Taking on lead responsibility for the administration of one or more services
+ Coordination of multidisciplinary clinics including maintenance of spreadsheets, team diaries, appointments, cancellations and room bookings
+ High quality minutes at various service meetings
+ Covering the duties of the admin manager in their absence, · Taking on lead responsibility for the administration of one or more services within MOSAIC and / or health support services for vulnerable children, and delegating tasks as appropriate.
· Providing input into the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for the services for which the post holder holds the primary responsibility.
· To line manage named administrative staff as required at either Kentish Town Health Centre or Crowndale Health Centre site ensuring that staff provide the best possible level of support to clinicians. This includes managerial supervision, delegation of tasks and responsibility for appraisal, as well as first line management of disciplinary or grievance issues.
· Processing and analysing urgent and non-urgent data requests from clinicians and senior managers
· Processing multidisciplinary referrals through management of shared inboxes and on SystmOne, including preparation of appropriate paperwork for panels such as the Single Point of Referral Panel. Processing other urgent or complex referrals, including for the Child Protection Service
· Supporting with routine, urgent or complex information-gathering for areas of the service where this is required such as SPOR or CP/LAC and utilising supervisory support from a clinician as appropriate
· Processing urgent and / or complex documents on Dictate IT or other similar dictation software
· Supporting with the storage and management of prescription pads, including supporting data gathering for FP10's
· Administrative tasks in relation to requests for charitable funds

Are you a driven and pro-active administrator with experience working in the NHS or similar healthcare setting? We are seeking to recruit you to our Children's Services Clinical Teams.
We are looking for you to work in our warm and friendly administrative team, to provide comprehensive, high quality administrative and information support to Camden MOSAIC Children's Services based at Kentish Town Health Centre, Health Support Services for Vulnerable Children, based at Crowndale Health Centre. Alongside other colleagues, you would provide administration support across our integrated team., Your work will be a key part of the quality of our service, and the experience of our patients and their families. You will need to be a compassionate and empathetic person who has experience of dealing with members of the public as well as staff from other organisations such as Local Authorities and Hospitals. You'll be someone who embraces inclusive principles and is a good communicator. Knowledge of NHS patient record systems is desirable, previous use of SystmOne an advantage
