- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Hold Maths and English GCSE or equivalent GCSE level C / 4+ in at least one subject
- Demonstrate working towards Functional Skills Level 2 through an initial assessment in subjects where the candidate may not yet hold the qualification
- Project management methodology and documentation Desirable English GCSE or equivalent Knowledge & Skills Essential
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Excellent telephone manner
- Accurate keyboard skills and pays attention to detail
- High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity and effectiveness
- A good standard of numeracy and literacy level
- Ability to work under pressure, and respond to needs at difficult situations
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work from Compass Wellbeing's office and occasionally from home Desirable
- Project Management skills
- Flexibility in approach to work and willing to work some evenings on ad hoc basis
- Knowledge of data protection act Experience Essential
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Working as part of a team and on own initiative
- Lived experience as a service user Of Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
- Extensive experience in using the internet and email systems
- Experience in taking minutes, organising meetings and disseminating information to stakeholder Desirable
- Office systems and procedures
- Practical experience of working in a busy office environment Knwoedge and Understanding Essential
