Full Job Description

Following a restructure, we are excited to advertise for our first ever Director. This is an exciting opportunity for us to take control of our destiny for the next 40 years. We are looking for a someone who believes that the most diverse teams are the most successful teams and wants to work for an organisation that shares this value and commitment to diversity and inclusion for both its employees and those who benefit from its services. You will need:

  • Demonstrable evidence of working at a senior/executive level and ready to step up to Director
  • To provide strong and effective leadership and management of the team and organisation
  • To be able to develop Asha's vision and strategy to maximize its effectiveness
