M365 Colleague Technology Apprentice

Working within the Microsoft technology space, you will be part of the M365 team who maintain and develop the end user experience, including devices, Microsoft software, Teams telephony and meeting rooms, and exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence (copilot) to assist colleagues. • Technologies you will learn to support and develop within the M365 Team will be:
CoPilot, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune, Windows 11, Windows 365, Mobile Devices, Laptop Imaging
• Riverside must maintain high cyber and information security standards to protect our customer and colleagues you must ensure all information security requirements including data protection are met. Full training and awareness of Riverside's Policies and Procedures will be given during your apprenticeship
• Build solid relationships with Colleagues and third parties
• The M365 Team is a vital fast paced support function for Riverside, so it will be critical that you play an active role in supporting your team members
• The ability to identify common IT issues and identify improvement opportunities to make our colleagues IT experience better
• Provide support for new office setups, making sure colleagues can work effectively and efficiently, moving offices or office closures
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met in accordance with Riverside policies and procedures. Full training and awareness of Riverside's policies and procedures will be given during your apprenticeship
