Digital Customer Interactions & Sales (DCIS) is a part of our global organization responsible for our largest customers called Customer Solutions and Innovations (CSI). The team is responsible for customer interactions that happen digitally - from our global website www.dhl.com to digital touchpoints via third parties. The Digital Customer Interactions & Sales team reports into the global Chief Commercial Officer of CSI. As a member of the DCIS Team, you will help drive the roadmap to delivering excellent customer interactions in the digital sphere. Your will be able to get to know all parts of DCIS from a DHL perspective - understanding how to work with digital third party vendors, improving customer journeys and helping to optimize our digital interfaces for users and search engines, based on analysis of relevant data. Tasks: We are looking for a Manager Digital Analytics & Reporting (m/f/d), aka Storyteller with PowerBi skills, to join our team. In this role, you will gather stakeholder requirements, transform datasets into presentable reports and build stories based on those reports for business decision-making. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, based on user behavior data from various DHL websites, and deliver solutions that meet the ir needs to improve eg. Customer journeys. Principal Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, almost exclusively based on web analytics data, and reports, especially based on user data from dhl.com
- Create Adobe Analysis Workspaces to support stakeholders storytelling needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards.
- Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices.
- Gain insights and measures from data e.g. from usage of touch points
- Share insights with relevant stakeholders, eg. Customer Journey product owner Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A passion for digital analytics
- A background in IT, Data Analytics, Business Administration/Economics or equivalent with 5+ years of work experience in relevant field is preferred
- You understand the power of crafting a captivating story around data challenges.
- You have extensive experience using Power BI to create reports and dashboards.
- You have experience using Adobe Analytics to create reports and dashboards.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and excel at presenting complex topics to management.
- You have a history of collaborating within agile teams and sharing your data methodologies with customers and team members.
- Fluent English is a requirement, and knowledge of German is a plus.
