Full Job Description

The role of marketing executive will see you working closely with the marketing manager and head of marketing to drive the strategy in the UK. You'll work with in-store teams to implement the marketing strategy at a store level. You'll work with customer analytics to understand how signage design and placement impacts and influences customer perceptions and buying patterns and will use this data to drive continuous improvements. This role will see you working closely with suppliers to promote their story and the heritage of the products they supply, as well as taking ownership for new product launches.

The successful candidate will have gained experience in a similar level role. You'll have developed a strong working knowledge of marketing concepts in a retail environment, including brand management, channel management, and communication strategies. You will have a strong ability to create accessible, easy-to-understand communication in multiple formats and have demonstrated the ability to assess marketing initiative impact on customer behaviour and bottom line performance.
