Full Job Description

We are looking for someone that can improve the line of sight between market-specific innovations and Global initiatives at the same time as increasing growth opportunities. This will mean partnering with Global whilst supporting execution in markets and menu research for the segment.,

  • Identify and implement mid-term multi-market (non-global) innovation, based on growth opportunities.
  • Partner with global to help guide global innovation based on current market situation.
  • Advocating for menu ideas at the early stages to encourage other markets to participate at a bigger scale.
  • Help provide a bottom-up analysis of market situations to advise how to integrate the global initiatives to maximize sales.
  • Build a system to share and scale market innovation ideas and products more efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate menu management between markets and Global.
  • Consolidate and centralize Insights and Analytics - to prioritize key initiatives.
  • Establish performance standards and introduce systems to increase Menu changes visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Global Business Service (GBS) to build a sharing process / tool to house menu innovation.
  • Secure resources for long-term/future forward food innovation (3Y-5Y+).

    Previous experience of developing and implementing a multidimensional commercial food proposition strategy.
  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities in menu management / product development, seeking / finding trends and assessing feasibility.
  • Credibility and influence on menu management issues.
  • Experience working in a Global matrixed organization.
  • Budget management at a Global level.
  • Ability to drive collaboration and influence across different functions and markets.
