Full Job Description

Regional management of all subcontracting delivery partners, utilising business insight tools to capacity build and strengthening our partner network, sharing best practice throughout all National Careers Service Prime and sub-prime delivery teams. The role will ensure all supply chain delivery partners meet the contractual requirements of the National Careers Service exceeding performance, KPIs, quality and compliance standards.

+ Extensive Commercial Supply Chain Management experience
+ Experience of managing individual and team performance in a result orientated environment in an education or employability environment
+ Experience of working collaboratively with other managers to develop joint models of delivery, promotion, and engagement.
