An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Network Manager to lead the North Central London (NCL) Adult Critical Care Operational Delivery Network (ODN). The ODN works closely with all Adult Critical Care Providers across the NCL Integrated Care System (ICS) to agree and deliver a work plan that satisfies the national commissioning agenda for this service area and helps improve service delivery for patients requiring Adult Critical Care., The post holder will be responsible for developing good working relationships with other system level functions such as Acute Providers, Integrated Care Board teams, the NHSE London ACC Programme Team and the London ACC Transfer Service. The post and the Network are hosted by University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, but it is an essential aspect of this post that the Network Manager will work closely and frequently with all the Adult Critical Care units/ providers across NCL ICS. This is a high-profile role within the Trust and ICS with an emphasis on operational delivery, innovation, efficiency. The postholder will be expected to represent the network within local, regional and national critical care forums and participate in sharing and contributing to best practice. The post holder will work closely with Network Clinical lead, Nurse Lead and Senior Responsible Officers (SRO's) to provide an efficient, effective, and high-quality ODN.
