Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Niche Administrator in West Coast Collaboration (WCC).

What you will be doing?

To respond and provide support for the Niche RMS providing Niche administration assistance as required, providing expert advice and specialist information to WCC end users resolving issues raised and identifying areas of concern around data quality and system integrity.

Working with WCC technical and administrative peers, undertake real time root cause analysis around complex functional data issues across Niche and its associated applications and interfaces in order to minimise disruption to the operational customer user base.
Configure and manage the system and access permissions to ensure the requirements of the WCC forces are met; with due regard for system and modular interdependencies and interfaces together with local user and national data security (access) requirements.
