Full Job Description

The Aspirations Academies Trust is a multi-academy trust of 16 academies across the South of England.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic person to the post of Office Manager based at our head office, near to Heathrow Airport.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide key administrative and receptionist support to the Trust's central management team, undertaking various administrative procedures to support the day-to-day operation of head office. Duties will include providing support for meetings, conferences and events, front of house reception requirements and support of HO functions.

The successful candidate will be someone who recognises their role in presenting a positive image of the organisation, is adaptable to varied work demands and shows self-initiative. You will have great customer service and organisational skills and commitment to providing a quality service.

We welcome applicants who have relevant administrative experience, strong interpersonal skills and can demonstrate a commitment to achieving high standards.

The hours for this role are 36 hours per week. The normal working days are Monday to Friday and the normal working times are 8.30am to 4.30pm
