Full Job Description
You will work in a team with three other Medical Personal Assistants and a Referrals Administrator. You will be expected to manage clinics and subsequent correspondence, providing excellent customer service to patients and families, and undertaking pathway management and validation. As well as working closely with the Consultants, Allied Health Professionals, Registrars and Clinical Nurse Specialists within the Trust, you may also be asked to liaise with external agencies. You must be able to work calmly under pressure and have a proven track record in using your own initiative and prioritizing your workload in to meet tight deadlines., You will work in a team with three other Medical Personal Assistants and a Referrals Administrator. The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
