Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead/Integration Architect to oversee integration projects within our Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end-to-end integration across our systems and optimising the performance of the Oracle Cloud ERP platform. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of integration architecture, Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, and hands-on experience in leading complex, large-scale transformation initiatives.,

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the technical integration and architecture efforts for the Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation, ensuring that all integration components are cohesive and aligned with the overall project goals.
  • Project Ownership: Take full ownership of integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring all deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Architecture Design and Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies, standards, and frameworks that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the Oracle Cloud ERP environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Operations, and IT, to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Data Integration & Migration: Design and oversee data migration and integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP and Legacy systems, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and security.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to integration components within the Oracle Cloud ERP transformation, resolving issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with Oracle and other external partners to ensure all integration solutions are aligned with Oracle best practices and receive appropriate support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement enhancements to integration frameworks, processes, and tools that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and optimise system performance., Technical Expertise: Strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP, with a focus on integration architecture, data migration, and system interoperability.

    Project Management: Proficient in managing complex projects, ideally with certification or training in Agile, PMP, or similar project management methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and design effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to project planning and execution, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency in integration processes.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in integration architecture, with demonstrated experience in Oracle Cloud ERP transformations or similar enterprise applications., Experience within higher education, healthcare, or public sector industries.
  • Previous roles in both hands-on integration architecture and team leadership positions.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications and/or experience with Oracle tools (such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite).
