You will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients

• Provide incident resolution and application maintenance
• Perform fixing investigations in front- and backend applications
• Communicate effectively to clients and internal collaborators
• Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation
• Prioritise work based on severity and urgency
Responsibilities Any experience in Person Management PAS workflows- Access Management Office is desirable.
• Combine (hnacombine.exe).
• Conversations using (pmdbconv.exe)
• Conversation Tab Options.
• Conversation Functions.
• Conversation Rules & Types.
• Data Sources & Identifiers.
• Automatic Discharge (Bedrock.exe), Bed Statuses (pmbedupt.exe),Worklists (pmdbtool.exe).Core & Security:
(CorecodeBuilder.exe & Bedrock.exe & Location.exe)
• Build locations, Service resources including Facility, Buildings, Nurse Units, Inpatient, Outpatient and HIM.
• Build Visit types (Encounters).
• Build Alias Pools, Insurance, Positions, personnel and their Privilege.
• Build Order Catalog Parameters and Document Routing.
• Build Order Entry Format Flexing and Order Sentences.
• Build Code Set, Code Value and Code Set Filtering.
