Summary of the Role

This role focuses on ensuring smooth and accurate Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processing while delivering exceptional customer support. You'll manage daily workflows, handle queries, and contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and compliance across the P2P function.

What I Will Be Doing

You'll process invoices, manage supplier reconciliations, and resolve queries in a digital environment. Prioritizing tasks to meet payment deadlines and KPIs will be essential, as will collaborating with finance and other business teams to address issues. You'll also participate in process improvements, document workflows, and support projects or team needs like holiday coverage. Professional development and adhering to company policies and controls are integral to the role.

We're seeking someone with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A customer-focused mindset and experience in a digital support environment (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) are key. You should be proactive in problem-solving, adaptable to change, and passionate about continuous improvement and collaboration.
