Full Job Description

Day to day payroll and pension admin/responding to emails and tickets. Answering calls from the payroll and pension line. Pension queries relating to the five pension schemes we have. Payroll processing, including processing hours and deductions. Pension processing, including enrolling colleagues into correct schemes., We offer hybrid working. There are currently two Payroll Administrators within the team who you will work closely with. The office benefits from dual screens, tea/coffee making facilities and a coffee shop within the building. Within the payroll team, we deliver a range of services that include processing wages across three different payrolls, auditing and processing casual hours via timecards, as well as picking up queries from employees and the third-party businesses we work with. We work closely with multiple pension schemes, the work we do with them can range from monthly submissions, retirement requests, and historic queries.

IMPORTANT: in order to meet the eligibility criteria for an Apprenticeship in England, you must be able to demonstrate at least three years UK residency, or hold a valid visa that meets the exceptions to this rule. Under the apprentice scheme, a minimum of six hours will be invested in training towards the achievement of your qualification. In addition to the support offered through the training provider, a workplace mentor will provide practical advice and guidance throughout the duration of your apprenticeship., To be successful in the role you will have:
