People Operations Advisor- Lateral Move

Reporting to the People Officer, this role involves providing extensive advice and support within the People Operations function, managing routine cases, and leading the delivery of the work program associated with people services. The role supports Tier 0 and Tier 1 Operational Services, collaborates with other officers, and enhances self-service options for users. Key responsibilities include fostering professional relationships, ensuring high-quality service provision, supporting continuous improvement, collaborating on employee relations issues, and developing relevant policies. Additional duties involve transferring complex cases, line managing People Assistants, and contributing to the development and utilization of people services systems
