Full Job Description

We are looking for a People Team Administrator to join our team. You will be providing administrative support to The People Team and on occasions the wider directorate. The role requires a high quality and accurate administrative support service. The Pioneer Group is a dynamic community led organisation, dedicated to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace where employees can thrive. Our People Team plays a pivotal role in supporting our employees, ensuring smooth HR and Talent Development operations and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth., Knowledge of Microsoft Office, IT skills, designing staff communication posters

  • Supporting with carrying out recruitment administration during campaigns, interview/assessment days and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records within the HR system to ensure data integrity and compliance

    Experience of providing an administration role
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload within established guidelines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to produce documents accurately to a high standard and maintain accurate and readable records
