Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for leading or supporting on key aspects across Finance Group's planning portfolio, including:

  • Working closely with senior leads to establish, monitor and deliver workforce plans.
  • Shape Finance Group's recruitment and workforce management framework, including risk management, reporting, controls and assurance.
  • Work closely with people and capability business partners to collaboratively co-ordinate and lead aspects of Finance Group's Capability Plan.
  • Develop reporting templates which monitor performance against agreed key performance indicators and provide management information reports to senior leadership teams.
  • Work across the organisation to develop and deliver innovative solutions which deliver reliable and informed workforce and recruitment plans.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive activities across Finance Group.
  • Form part of a small, inclusive, geographically dispersed team with line management responsibility whereby you will build capability and provide support and direction.
  • The successful candidate must be willing to undertake additional training if required to develop these skills at the required level.
  • You will need to be adaptable, resilient, and will be required to undertake a diverse range of tasks.
