The Equine Veterinary Centre seek an enthusiastic and driven Practice Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the practice, based at Moorhouse (Doncaster)., The Equine Veterinary Centre seek an enthusiastic and driven Practice Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the practice based at Moorhouse (Doncaster). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the practice to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.,

• Liaising with our clinical director to oversee the management of the practice and our team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Handle financial management tasks such as budgeting and financial reporting
• Oversee administrative tasks to maintain an organised and efficient practice environment with a strong focus on team, client and patient well- being
  
  Experience in managing a veterinary practice or similar healthcare setting
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting
• Excellent customer care skills with professionalism and empathy
• Good time management skills with an ability to prioritise work based on importance and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience:
• Knowledge of veterinary practices and procedures preferred
  
  Attractive Salary of £26,000 to £35,000
