The Project Lead for Preloved Fashion will be responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking a range of projects that solve for both the UK and Global Preloved Fashion Strategy. This role involves leading high-impact projects and diverse workstreams as well as supporting the Preloved Fashion leadership team to successfully deliver our Fashion strategy. What You Will Accomplish:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the inventory and sales of preloved fashion items on eBay.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, product, shipping, legal and customer service to create seamless and engaging customer experiences.
- Engage with external partners, including fashion influencers, sustainability advocates, and industry partners to promote eBay's preloved fashion initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure eBay remains a competitive and appealing marketplace for preloved fashion.
- Handle budgets and timelines for projects related to the preloved fashion category.
- Organize and lead promotional events, campaigns, and collaborations that enhance eBay's visibility and reputation in the preloved fashion space.
- Track and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in project management and operations within the technology, fashion and/or eCommerce sector.
- Consistent track record of driving critical initiatives from concept to execution, delivering tangible results.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical attitude, paired with a curiosity about problem-solving and process optimization
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GDocs).
- A passion for fashion, as well as sustainability and the circular economy is highly desirable.
