Full Job Description

Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows.

In this role, you will partner with Product/UX/Architects to deliver a program of work across a large number of teams. For each program that you will own, you will work with Product and UX counterparts to define the product vision and roadmap in a data-driven and working backward (from customer) approach. Where applicable, you will also work with Principal Engineers (architects) to draw technical design/approach documents. And finally, you will work with engineering teams across the globe to own the actual product execution cycle (develop, test, and launch).

- Owning all metrics around initiative goals you define.
- Being resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

About the team
The Core TPM team is responsible for running large initiatives across Prime Video to improve existing or build brand new experiences to help Amazon customers discover great content and get personalised recommendations on our apps on a verity of surfaces (e.g. Web, iOS/Android, FireTV, Living Room devices).

Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience in software development
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in architectural design or system design independent of an architect
- Experience in technical program management
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in hands-on work managing complex technology projects
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
