Product Data & Reporting Executive

This team is responsible for Primary Music Reporting, Secondary Sales reporting, Directors UK reporting, PasC approval process, Silvermouse Queries, KPI reporting and Stakeholder management. They are the key team who engage with our external clients Silvermouse and the AI Robot and reporting charities such as PRS and PPL. The role To support the Production Data & Reporting team with managing ITV's PasC and reporting system, Silvermouse, including cross broadcaster diversity monitoring system, Diamond. To help coordinate KPI reporting and PasC completion across ITV for different business areas and across the ITV channels. Producing reports for ITV and necessary governing bodies and societies. To support ITV's OFCOM reporting obligations. Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

• Checking data and approving or rejecting PasC forms in Silvermouse.
• Producing monthly reports for PasC KPIs.
• Inputting of Sales information into Silvermouse.
• Completing administrative tasks in Silvermouse.
• Liaising with Silvermouse users and necessary operational teams across ITV to ensure information is correct.
• Completion and management of acquired, and other relevant cue sheets ready for reporting to PRS and PPL.
• Contacting production companies in relation to completion of PasC deliverables.
• Inputting financial and sales data into Silvermouse for reporting to PRS and raising POs for payment.
• Assisting with preparing OFCOM data ready for reporting.
• Assisting with production-facing inboxes to help Silvermouse users with data and access queries.
• Producing reports and statistics for Silvermouse and Diamond stakeholders on request.
• Using data tools such as Big Query to assist with reporting obligations.
• To assist with integration and implementation of new reporting streams and initiatives as and when necessary including testing as and when appropriate.
• To assist senior members of the team with OFCOM reporting obligations.

• Computer literate and keen to use new technology
• Good communication skills
