Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Burberry. Reporting to the Costing Manager, as our Product Development Operations Assistant, you will support Product Development (PD), Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Engineering, and Finance teams by analysing and managing key data throughout the RTW development cycle.,

  • Assist with analysis and reporting for RTW PD, maintaining seasonal proto and sample trackers, ensuring accurate data for launches and edits.
  • Use Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and enhance Supply Chain/PD workflows.
  • Ensure tracker data quality, including BOMS statuses, goods-receipting, and key dates, aligning with PLM and overviews.
  • Maintain the consolidated costing tracker, liaising with vendors and Sourcing teams to gather and share cost breakdowns.
  • Analyse range plans, set budgets, and provide feedback to Design, PD, and Merchandising.
  • Address tracker-related queries, resolve formula errors, and support ad hoc maintenance activities.

    Exceptional attention to detail with expertise in handling large data sets accurately.
  • Advanced Excel and PLM skills, including creating Macros and running Power Queries.
  • Agile problem-solver, thriving in fast-paced environments with initiative and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Clear and concise communicator, skilled at sharing information effectively.
  • Highly organised with strong proficiency in PLM and Excel.
