Product Manager

Our client is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing team, drive their product strategy, and help push forwards the vision of the company.
The role :
+ The successful candidate will work with their customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to translate challenges and opportunities in to a well-defined, achievable product roadmap.
+ You will help scope and define backlog items, as well as prioritising work to make sure they're delivering value to customers as rapidly as possible.
+ You will then ensure that work is carried out as expected and to a level of quality matching with their aspiration as a business.
+ Additionally, you will work with the wider product team to make sure that new features and enhancements are documented and communicated to the wider business, and work with the marketing team to push this communication out to customers.

Your Skillset :
+ Previous experience researching, originating and delivering SaaS products and functional improvements in an agile environment.
+ Ability to analyse competitors understand customer & business needs and translate this into coherent requirements that add value to the product offering.
+ Ability to define, manage, prioritise a product roadmap & backlog based on a commercial understanding of how to deliver value to their customers through the product;
+ Knowledge of user experience and user centric design best practice.
+ Experience in the EV industry, specifically around Fleet, workplace and destination charging.
