Product Manager

We use some of the latest technologies in the digital and cognitive field to empower organizations in every aspect. Right now, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Globant! Product Manager focus on market research and defining business models to help companies identify customer acquisition strategies and products in order to close the gap between their corporate strategy and identified problems. Product managers help companies discover core user problems, define effective solutions, implement product Development practices, establish product organizations, evolve product governance, and define go-to-market strategies. Responsibility :

• Motivate, teach, mentor & guide their Leaders (and team) on what to do to take the strategic plan to action
• After defining the WHAT, help leaders create the HOW, monitor the process but allow for autonomy and creativity.
• Make sure Specialists have a mentor for their career path.
• Contribute autonomously, mostly on their leading area, sometimes with cross impact and frequently working with day to day business.
• Dedicate enough time to day-to-day matters (conflict resolution and definitions) with the purpose of ensuring the success of the strategic plan.
• Define new excellence standards and try to improve the team's performance in comparison with the benchmark.
• Responsibility on the team/area budget. Is in charge of a team within a department. Lead 1 or more than a Leader/specialist/s.
• Responsible for the entire team.
